Sagewood Dollhouse

Great question, and we hear you. Sagewood is designed to go together in about 20–40 minutes with a single screwdriver (a power drill just speeds things up). Every part is labeled, the manual is clear and visual, and all hardware is included in the box—no trips to the hardware store required.

Sagewood is built to fit dolls from 2.9-inch (6.3 cm) to 5.9 inch(15cm)hight, so figures like our Hazelwood Family fit comfortably in the beds and rooms. Very large fashion dolls (like standard Barbies) are too big—but the roomy, open floors give smaller dolls plenty of space to move, sit, and "live."

This is exactly why we made it the way we did. Sagewood is built from solid wood with painted walls—never printed wallpaper or thin veneer that peels over time. The finish is water-based and child-safe, the edges are rounded, and it's tested to ASTM, EN71 & CPSC standards. It's made to survive years of daily play and be passed down.

Not a single one. Sagewood comes fully loaded with all 44 pieces—furniture for every room, rugs, a removable staircase, three working lights, and even a puppy with his own house. It's ready to play the moment you open the box. The only thing to add is imagination.
