Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption for your safety.

Do you offer installment payments?

Yes. Klarna and Afterpay may be available at checkout for eligible orders. If available, you can select Klarna or Afterpay during checkout and complete your payment through the selected provider.

Why don't I see Klarna or Afterpay at checkout?

Klarna and Afterpay availability may depend on your billing country, shipping country, currency, order amount, and the provider's eligibility review. If Klarna or Afterpay is not shown, you can still complete your purchase using another available payment method.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Airwallex, Klarna, and Afterpay.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at info@golitoys.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Order Processing: 2-3 business days
Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days

All times are estimates and exclude weekends and holidays. You can track your order using the tracking number sent via email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other non-contiguous U.S. territories.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (with additional shipping fees). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, DHL Express, Sendle, or Amazon Logistics) or through your account order history. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original condition with all packaging and tags attached.

How do I return an item?

1. Email us at info@golitoys.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide return instructions within 24-48 hours
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving return authorization
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Who pays for return shipping?

Quality Issues (Defective/Damaged): We pay for return shipping and provide a prepaid label
Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs
Wrong Item Shipped: We cover all return shipping costs

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Additional time may be needed for your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, or other payment provider to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

How do refunds work if I paid with Klarna or Afterpay?

Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method. For Klarna or Afterpay orders, the provider may adjust your remaining payment schedule, cancel future payments, or refund amounts already paid according to their own policies. If you have questions about your installment schedule, remaining balance, late fees, or account status, please contact Klarna or Afterpay directly.

Are your toys safe for children?

Yes! All our toys meet or exceed international safety standards including ASTM F963 (U.S. Toy Safety Standard) and EN71 (European Toy Safety Standard). We use non-toxic, child-safe materials and finishes. Each product is designed with safety as our top priority.

What materials do you use?

We primarily use sustainably sourced solid wood (beech, birch, rubberwood), non-toxic water-based paints and finishes, and child-safe hardware. Each product description includes specific material details. We prioritize eco-friendly and sustainable materials whenever possible.

How do I clean wooden toys?

• Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap
• Do not submerge in water
• Allow to air dry completely
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
• Periodically check for loose parts or damage

What age range are your toys suitable for?

Our toys are designed for children ages 3 and up unless otherwise specified. Each product includes a recommended age range and safety warnings on the product page and packaging. Always supervise young children during play.
