Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Giant Bean. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.
30-Day Return Guarantee
Items must be returned within 30 days of the date you received them. Items must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging and tags intact. Used items will not be accepted for return.
90-Day Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may file a claim within 90 days of the delivery date.

- 90 days — Submit your defect claim with proof, such as photos or videos of the defect and affected part numbers
Quality issues include manufacturing defects, damaged parts, missing parts, or items that do not meet our quality standards upon arrival.
How to File a Defect Claim
- Contact us at info@golitoys.com within 7 days of receiving your item
- Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue
- Identify the affected part numbers, if applicable
- Wait for our review and approval by email
Quality Issues (Defective or Damaged Items)
If the item is confirmed defective or damaged, you may receive a full refund, replacement parts, or a free replacement at no cost to you. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping cost.
Change of Mind / Wrong Order
If you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, you may return the item at your own expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply for opened, damaged, incomplete, or non-resalable items.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before the product is shipped or produced. Once an order has shipped or production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, or other payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Klarna and Afterpay Refunds
Orders paid with Klarna or Afterpay are subject to the same return and refund policy as other orders. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund through our Shopify checkout system to the original payment method used for the order.
For Klarna or Afterpay orders, the payment provider may adjust your remaining payment schedule, cancel future payments, or refund amounts already paid, depending on the refund amount and the status of your payment plan. These adjustments are handled by Klarna or Afterpay directly.
Please do not request a cash refund, PayPal refund, or refund to a different card for Klarna or Afterpay orders. Refunds for these orders must be processed back through Klarna or Afterpay according to their policies.
If you have questions about your installment schedule, remaining balance, late fees, or account status after a refund is processed, please contact Klarna or Afterpay directly.
What Must Be Included
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email
- A trackable shipping method for returns you ship back to us
- Original receipt or packing slip, if available
- All original components and accessories
- Promotional gifts, if included with your order, or their retail value may be deducted from your refund
Exclusions
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used or show signs of use
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items that are missing parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging, unless the issue was caused by a confirmed defect or shipping damage
