Important Shipping Notes:
- Free shipping does NOT apply to areas outside the contiguous U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Pacific Rim Islands. These regions may incur additional shipping fees.
- Shipping charges for non-contiguous U.S. areas will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- The Delivery Time is calculated based on the shipping date, not the order date. The shipping date can be delayed due to invalid shipping addresses, weekends/holidays, etc.
- No Refunds or Credits for Shipments Delayed in Transit.
- Due to bad weather and other force majeure factors, the logistics shipping may be delayed. Please feel free to contact us to know the latest order status.
Customs and Duties
For orders shipped to non-contiguous U.S. areas and international destinations, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the shipping cost or item price and are determined by your country's customs regulations.
